Last weekend I went to the hairdresser! It had been a while, I’m even embarassed to tell how long ago it was 😳 It was necessary to cut off those long strands of hair and I was ready for a shorter summer cut! This summer hairstyle asks for some lighter tresses so I went for a natural ombre. I’m not just randomly telling you all this, it’s because of the matching nail art design I came up with!
I’m always looking for new ideas to make some nail art designs and I can get inspired by almost everything. Like I did a nail art design inspired by my new handbag a couple weeks ago. Now I’m working at a shoe company and I see al those nice shoes everyday. All those colors inspire me to create all those different designs. I am mostly looking at all those shiny sparkling shoes and I came up with this new nail design. Maybe next week I’ll do a design to one of the shoes I bought last month. (I bought five pairs of shoes only last month, maybe it’s not the right sector to work in for me 😳).
Today I’m a little later with my post as usual. I had my last exam (ever) today and that asked for a little celebration. By the time I came home I had to leave immediately to my physiotherapist because I’m struggling with my knee from all the running I do. Anyway, I went for a classic nail art design with some rhinestones. It’s in soft colors so it’s perfect for a day at work or other activities that ask for some neutral nails!
I try to go running twice a week and afterwards I treat myself to a fruity smoothie. This week I was making my smoothie with a pineapple and coconut milk. I always think it’s funny how those pineapples look. So when I was cutting the pineapple in pieces I was thinking about a nail design with pineapples. After a little pinterest staring for ideas I decided to try this nail art design. And this is how it turned out :-)
Every girl likes pink and glitter now and then, but you can’t do too much of it. This nail art design is ideal for a subtle girly touch. You can adjust the lines to show more or less pink in function of how girly you want it to be ;-)
