New week, new nails. This week I’m trying a new technique that really is so simple, I couldn’t believe it myself! It’s called smoosh attack and you’ll need a nail art stamper. I had one of these stampers lying around but I never really used it before. Marble nails is something I wanted for so long but I tried water marbling before for a DIY and that didn’t work out very well… So this technique is really (really!) easy and you can get that lovely marble effect on your nails, AWESOME!
You have two types of people: there’s team gold and there’s team silver. You either prefer everything in gold or everything in silver. I’m definitely on team gold, all my jewelry is gold or rosé. When I go shopping for earrings, watches or anything like that I just skip the aisles with silver stuff, without even giving them one look. But since a while I’m such a fan of silver nail polish. Before I never even bought I silver polish, I was always picking the golden ones. It’s also just a nail polish thing, all the rest is still in gold and rosé.
This weekend I’m going to the beach! With some of my friends I’m visiting the coast in the Netherlands hopefully the weather is nice. I have no idea about all the activities we’re going to do, that’s why I chose a nude nail art design that’s quit simple. I picked something nude because then it isn’t that obvious when a little piece chips or something like that. Time to grab those happy colors! I’m no longer waiting for the sun to come out to use my bright polishes and I’m just going for yellow this week! I’m also posting this a little later as I planned. It’s because my own schedule has changed and from now on I think my nail art posts will come online on Fridays instead of on Wednesdays. I’m planning on changing some other things, but I’ll keep you posted on that! ;-)
This week a shiny nail art design that literally everyone can do. It’s a dark polish but I made it a bright design by adding some cool glitters! Since we all are still waiting for some sunshine we might as well still were some winter colors on our nails!
